After a time of being a stay-at-home mom, Denise made the transition from banking to real estate because she feels the two industries have commonalities, and her experience crosses over well. Having helped customers previously with lending and leasing, Denise brings a unique understanding of real estate from both perspectives for sellers and buyers on value, profitability, and cost analysis. Moreover, she truly listens and gets to the heart of her customer's real estate needs. Denise understands that real estate, whether selling or buying, is a sentimental matter, and there is always a story with every customer.

Living in Oak Grove Park for nearly five years and around University Park and Lakewood Ranch since 1999, there isn’t much about the surrounding communities Denise can’t tell you. She and her husband Rich, a licensed general contractor, have been married for 24 years and together for 30 years and fell in love with Sarasota during a visit for their first wedding anniversary, vowing they’d move as soon as possible. They moved the next year and started a family. Their daughter, Rachael, is 15 and an avid equestrian who competes in Hunter/Jumper and Equitation events with her horse, Arlo. You can find Denise – who is the youngest of six from Connecticut and her family calls the outgoing and fun one of them – camping in Fort Wilderness and River Ranch with her husband and daughter, enjoying cruises and theme parks, relaxing by the pool, spending time with her dogs, or reading. She is a former LSF board member, on the Professional Development Committee with RASM, and belongs to Our Lady Queen of Martyrs.
