We were extremely lucky to have Denise sell our aunts house. She went above and beyond to help us and the buyer to get signatures, help me with my tablet, drive to the east coast to a paper signed for the buyer then drive back to North Port. We had the good fortune of meeting Denise one day when we stopped by the Michael Saunders office to inquire about some new listings. We were immediately taken by Denise’s engaging and warm personality. Little did we know that over the next 11 months we would be spending much time with Denise both selling and buying homes. Her sparkling personality and “get it done attitude” made it a pleasure to work with her. She was willing to do anything for us as her clients-from arranging a roofer to meet us at a home to attending a baby shower for a member of our family. And her results speak for themselves. Two family homes sold and two family homes purchased in a highly competitive market. To say that we are exceptionally pleased with Denise as our realtor would be an understatement. I had the amazing opportunity to work with Denise, She helped me and my family out with a first time property purchase. Not only was the experience top tier, But she made the whole experience very personable she made a connection and was invested in my dream, that ultimately she was able to captain the entire way and kept us safe through the entire journey Instead of the process feeling transactional, It literally felt like I was with a family member just taking a casual stroll at the park. Denise was incredible. She covered everything and made selling my home easy during a tough sellers market. I And that's because she was all over the marketing of my home. The result was she sold my home for full asking price with a cash buyer. And then we glided through the process right through the closing. Why? Because Denise is completely committed to her clients. I first met Denise when I was about 7 years old, my family and I lived in the same neighborhood as her and her husband. My family and I would often go to their house to swim in their pool and hangout. I was too young to understand the concept of hospitality, but looking back and after reconnecting with Denise now, I can see that not only has she not changed, but her love for her profession and others has only grown. When I started looking for a place of my own, at first I was looking to rent. After God's perfect timing kicked in, my mom suggested that I should contact Denise because she had seen that she was a realtor and somebody we could both trust. Denise walked me through the process and was very patient with me through it all (being a first time homebuyer). That summer, I was going through a very difficult time and the time I got to spend with Denise out looking for houses erased all of that for a little bit. After some doubt had gotten in my head, she even helped and reassured me I was making a good decision. Fast forward to today, I am filled with hope, peace, gratitude, and am beginning to love again.
